test result from an official city, county, or state agency within 30

Refunds will be credited to the Paypal account the

paying by check through postal mail), RNQuiz.com will create a Paypal
account for that person using the e-mail address they used when they
originally became a member of RNQuiz.com. RNQuiz.com reserves the right to omit,
change or edit this guarantee agreement at anytime without advance
notice to its members. RNQuiz.com also reserves the right
to accept or deny any of its members a refund based on our final
decision that proof of failure or a document which we feel has been
